LCE Newport Beach Inc. – Confidentiality Policy

Purpose: LCE Newport Beach Inc. is committed to maintaining the highest level of confidentiality and integrity in all business, government, and client relationships. This Confidentiality Policy outlines how proprietary, sensitive, and classified information is handled, stored, and protected to ensure the trust of our clients, government partners, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.

Scope: This policy applies to all LCE Newport Beach Inc. employees, officers, contractors, consultants, and any third parties who may be exposed to confidential information through their work or interactions with the company.

Definition of Confidential Information: Confidential Information includes but is not limited to:

• Government contracts and procurement data
• Trade secrets and business strategies
• Proprietary product formulations or technologies
• Client lists and contact information
• Internal communications and operational processes
• Financial records and projections
• Any sensitive information labeled or understood to be confidential

Policy Guidelines:

1. Non-Disclosure
   All employees and partners are required to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) as a condition of engagement. Disclosure of any confidential information to unauthorized individuals or organizations is strictly prohibited.
    
2. Use of Information
   Confidential Information shall only be used for its intended business purpose and must not be used for personal gain or shared with any outside party without express written consent.
    
3. Storage & Security
   Confidential data must be stored securely using appropriate physical and digital safeguards. Electronic documents should be password protected and/or encrypted. Physical files must be kept in locked storage when not in use.
    
4. Government & Military Compliance
   In cases where information pertains to government contracts, military personnel, or defense-related projects, additional federal and DoD regulations will apply. All staff must comply with applicable federal acquisition regulations (FAR), ITAR, and DFARS as needed.
    
5. Termination of Relationship
   Upon termination of employment, partnership, or contractual engagement, all confidential materials must be returned to LCE Newport Beach Inc. and no further use or disclosure is permitted.
    
6. Reporting Breaches
   Any suspected or known breach of this policy must be reported immediately to the COO or designated Compliance Officer. Violations may result in disciplinary action, termination, and/or legal proceedings.
    

Acknowledgment: All stakeholders must acknowledge and agree to this policy in writing upon onboarding and as part of all relevant agreements.
