The firm's service offerings encompass managed IT solutions, global satellite access, worldwide supercomputer access, and proprietary technologies such as the LCE Black Box. Additionally, LCE Newport Beach Inc. provides rapid housing solutions, capable of constructing homes within seven days, including options equipped with bomb shelters.


LCE Newport Beach Inc. has a notable history of securing and completing contracts across various levels of government—city, county, state, and federal. The company has been recognized in publications like USA Today for completing over 32 federal contracts as of 2022. Notable projects include a $500 billion bid contract for Stargate Corporation's AI technology project and a $15 billion project with the United States Air Force. 


In addition to its headquarters in Las Vegas, LCE Newport Beach Inc. maintains additional office locations in Alabama and California, extending its reach and capacity to serve a diverse clientele.

Born in Cleveland, Ohio, Dennis faced early challenges, including time in foster care, before being raised by his grandm

 Dennis Matthews is the CEO and Founder of LCE Newport Beach Inc., a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) specializing in information technology and medical supply distribution. 


Early Life and Education

Born in Cleveland, Ohio, Dennis faced early challenges, including time in foster care, before being raised by his grandmother, Mattie Lee Allen, in Huntsville, Alabama.  He graduated with honors in Electronic Engineering, laying the foundation for his future endeavors in technology and business.


Military Service

Dennis served in the U.S. Marine Corps from October 1977 to 1983, achieving the rank of Sergeant.  His military experience instilled in him a strong work ethic and leadership skills that have been instrumental in his professional journey.


Professional Career

After his military service, Dennis embarked on a career in electronic engineering and IT. He worked on projects for prominent organizations such as The Pentagon, U.S. Army, Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Langley Air Force Base, and Elmendorf Air Force Base in Anchorage, Alaska.  He also held subcontracting roles with major corporations including IBM, Citicorp, and Unisys.


In 1986, Dennis founded his first company, LCE, while working as an Earth Station technician for satellite communications at Dow Jones/Wall Street Company. This venture evolved into LCE Newport Beach IT, Inc. in February 2011, focusing on technology and construction services. 


Innovations and Contributions

Dennis is the inventor of the LCE Black Box Technology, a device designed to enhance live streaming and webcasting capabilities globally. This innovation has been utilized to enrich education in 162 countries.  His expertise encompasses electronic engineering, computer hardware, and IT, with a focus on cybersecurity, global satellite access, and rapid housing solutions, including bomb shelter-equipped homes. 


Philanthropy and Leadership

Beyond his business ventures, Dennis is actively involved in philanthropic efforts. He serves as a board member for organizations such as the African Diaspora Foundation, United Nations Association, US-Africa Chamber of Commerce, and the United States International Mission.  His commitment to community development and international collaboration underscores his dedication to leveraging technology and innovation for societal benefit.

Currently, he serves as the Managing Director of Langer Direct International, where he is responsible for guiding the company’s strategic initiatives and operational growth.

Lance’s extensive background includes serving as Chief Operating Officer of Players Network Entertainment, where he oversaw asset management, corporate acquisitions, and content development for a diversified media portfolio. His innovative leadership helped shape strategic partnerships and media ventures across multiple platforms.

He is also the Executive Director of the Emergency Responders Association, further underscoring his commitment to public service and community-based initiatives.

Notably, Lance brings a unique perspective from the sports world, having served as a Marketing Executive for the Los Angeles Lakers, one of the most iconic franchises in professional sports. In that role, he was instrumental in advancing brand partnerships, fan engagement, and corporate outreach strategies.
