 Coed Sportswear, Inc. is a custom‑apparel and re‑branding company based in Newfields, New Hampshire, founded in 1990 by two college students who launched the iconic Coed Naked t‑shirt line, which sold over 10 million units nationwide in the 1990s (LinkedIn, Small Business Administration). Definition of Confidential Information: Confidential Information includes but is not limited to:

• Trade secrets and business strategies
• Proprietary product formulations or technologies
• Client lists and contact information
• Internal communications and operational processes
• Financial records and projections
• Any sensitive information labeled or understood to be confidential

Policy Guidelines:

1. Non-DisclosureAll employees and partners are required to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) as a condition of engagement. Disclosure of any confidential information to unauthorized individuals or organizations is strictly prohibited.  
2. Use of InformationConfidential Information shall only be used for its intended business purpose and must not be used for personal gain or shared with any outside party without express written consent.  
3. Storage & SecurityConfidential data must be stored securely using appropriate physical and digital safeguards. Electronic documents should be password protected and/or encrypted. Physical files must be kept in locked storage when not in use.  
4. Government & Military ComplianceIn cases where information pertains to government contracts, military personnel, or defense-related projects, additional federal and DoD regulations will apply. All staff must comply with applicable federal acquisition regulations (FAR), ITAR, and DFARS as needed.  
5. Termination of RelationshipUpon termination of employment, partnership, or contractual engagement, all confidential materials must be returned to LCE Newport Beach Inc. and no further use or disclosure is permitted.  
6. Reporting BreachesAny suspected or known breach of this policy must be reported immediately to the COO or designated Compliance Officer. Violations may result in disciplinary action, termination, and/or legal proceedings.
