(LCE) is proud to announce a new collaboration with International Board of Medicine and Surgery (IBMS), a respected international registry of licensed and credentialed medical and surgical professionals. This partnership represents a major step forward in expanding access to high-quality healthcare services across veteran and civilian populations throughout Arizona, Nevada, California, and beyond.

This formal collaboration brings together LCE’s telehealth and government contracting expertise with IBMS’s global network of trusted healthcare professionals, positioning both organizations to deliver scalable, reliable, and patient-centered care.

Expanding Clinical Capacity Through Global Expertise

Under this partnership, IBMS will provide licensed, verified, and credentialed physicians and surgeons from its international registry to support LCE Healthcare operations. These specialists will work directly with LCE’s HIPAA-compliant telehealth and logistics systems to:

• Expand telehealth and surgical care capacity for veterans and communities in need.
   
• Provide rapid access to qualified healthcare professionals for government and commercial programs.
   
• Strengthen LCE’s ability to deliver quality care with international clinical support.
   

IBMS professionals will maintain their independent contractor status, ensuring operational flexibility and global scalability as programs grow.

As part of our commitment to enhancing safety, we are also exploring partnership opportunities that include healthcare solutions and telehealth services, which complement our non-lethal technologies. As a leading provider of healthcare solutions, My Virtual Physician offers a wide range of telehealth services, giving individuals convenient access to medical advice, diagnoses, prescriptions, and follow-up care from the comfort of home. With a focus on patient-centric care, the platform ensures timely, confidential, and reliable healthcare services, making it easier for individuals to manage their health without the need for in-person visits. Coed Sportswear, Inc. is a custom-apparel and re-branding company based in Newfields, New Hampshire, founded in 1990 by two college students who launched the iconic Coed Naked t-shirt line, which sold over 10 million units nationwide in the 1990s (LinkedIn, Small Business Administration). Over the decades, Coed has evolved into a full-package apparel provider that serves large brands, offering screen printing, embroidery, direct-to-film printing, supply and inventory management, fulfillment, and logistics for retail, marketing, events, and direct-to-consumer initiatives (LinkedIn). Scope: This policy applies to all LCE Newport Beach Inc. employees, officers, contractors, consultants, and any third parties who may be exposed to confidential information through their work or interactions with the company. Definition of Confidential Information: Confidential Information includes but is not limited to: government contracts and procurement data, trade secrets and business strategies, proprietary product formulations or technologies, client lists and contact information, internal communications and operational processes, financial records and projections, and any sensitive information labeled or understood to be confidential. Policy Guidelines: Non-Disclosure: All employees and partners are required to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) as a condition of engagement. Disclosure of any confidential information to unauthorized individuals or organizations is strictly prohibited. Use of Information: Confidential Information shall only be used for its intended business purpose, including exploring potential partnership opportunities, and must not be used for personal gain or shared with any outside party without express written consent. Violations may result in disciplinary action, termination, and/or legal proceedings. Acknowledgment: All stakeholders must acknowledge and agree to this policy in writing upon onboarding and as part of all relevant agreements related to our telehealth services and wellness platform.
